A Pictorial Political Love Affair
Amid constant crises, political meltdowns and governmental collapses, it seems like there’s little hope left in our world. As the Black Eyed Peas may ask, “Where is the love?”, Rihanna’s not fooling around when she says, “we found love in a hopeless place.”
In homage to decisive events and decisions for Europe, I present a love story amid political unrest, between the most important international couple – Merkozy.
Angie Merkel, Germany’s chancellor, is 57. Nick Sarkozy, the charming French president, enjoys his 56th year. They reign over the European Union during a mission to save the besieged euro.
Comment ça va, cherie? It’s gotta start somewhere. Das destiny brought the two together with an unpleasant crisis that they seem to tackle pleasantly. They greet each other with warm hugs and kisses, and whisper in one another’s ears. This can’t all be about currency.
