Minjae Park, former Talon staff member and 2008-2009 co-Editor-in-Chief, had an article published in the New York Times on Friday. After graduation, Minjae went to study journalism at Northwestern University, where he worked on the staff of the Daily Northwestern, one of the most respected college newspapers in the US. While he first began writing about sports, Minjae's articles have also focused on political and social issues affecting the city of Evanston and the state of Illinois. He now writes for The Texas Tribune, from which the New York Times published his piece about the new rules in Texas approving the use of adult stem cells. You can follow his other work, which ranges from politics to philosophy, on his blog minjaepark.com. Congratulations, Minjae!
