Last weekend, 11 members of Graded’s Alliance with Animals club traveled to the farm owned by the Aliança Internacional dos Animais in Cotia. The purpose of the trip was to visit the rescued animals and learn a little bit more about the foundation and its purposes. The farm is the home of about 900 rescued stray dogs and 200 stray cats that are separated into living environments according to their personalities. Aila, the founder, bought a large site in order to provide the animals with a vast living space. The trip not only allowed GAA members to spend a nice evening playing with the animals, but also to focus their purpose. Alliance with Animals now has a fundraising campaign to buy wheelchairs for the dogs that lost leg movement after they were run over and later rescued by AILA.
