Living Books
In the Academy-Award-winning short animated film The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore, the books are portrayed as living things with adventurous, vivid lives. With this idea, Sean and Lisa Ohlenkamp gave life to books at Type Books Toronto. A crew of over 20 people gave birth to Joy of Books, a short stop-motion film that begins with the question, Have you ever wondered what happens in bookstores at night?
